Patrick is bringing this uniquely French method of cooking mussels to The Orange Tree. Mussels are cooked under an open bed of pine needles, allowing them to take on a truly sublime flavour.

We will be serving locally sourced game such as pheasant, partridge, rabbit, venison, pigeon.
